Through our secure online services, you have direct access to your medical file, patient services, and billing information. For your convenience, you can visit the website from both a computer and a mobile device.

Online Services: Please click on an icon above to learn more about our online services and to receive answers to your inquiries. Click on Online Services, choose Register, and complete the online form if you want to become a new patient. We will respond to your inquiry within 1 to 2 business days.

Request Services: You no longer need to pick up the phone if you need a prescription refill, want to schedule a regular visit, speak with your provider, or have issues about billing. Through our online services, you can access these services. You can access these capabilities by going to the Online Services site, clicking the "Services by Clinic" button, and selecting your clinic.

Health Information: As many people are aware, it can be difficult to obtain a lab result or even a printout of your child's vaccines. You now have easier access to our online services thanks to us. These functions are all listed on the "My Medical Summary" tab, which is also where you can check your medicines, medical history, and details about your most recent visit.
